Client's previous design failed when the leverage of the attached mannequins would crack the acrylic base • inconsistent quality when using various vendors • inconsistent color of the translucent acrylic • delays due to shipping damage

Highlights
Designed and patented a unique threaded metal insert that eliminates the stress on the acrylic caused by the mannequin, developed ISO 9000 standards to control consistent acrylic color, provided full shipping and installation logistics to allow damage free deliveries. Became the proprietary supplier to our client.
